SALT LAKE CITY, UT— The Grid City Music Festival is back for its fourth year, filling South Salt Lake’s Creative Industries Zone with three days of free music, art, and community from Friday, Aug. 22 to Sunday, Aug. 24.

The 2025 lineup features more than 80 local bands, 75 large-scale murals, and performances across nine stages. Friday kicks off with rooftop sets by Jordan Matthew Young at Grid City Beer Works, The Glitter Bombs at Pat’s BBQ, and Terence Hansen at Level Crossing. The opening night party at The Commonwealth Room features Gordon Greenwood, Brazuca Band, and The Kirk Dath Band—free tickets available at gridcitymusicfest.com/tickets.

Other highlights include late-night punk parties at Salt Fire Brewing (Friday and Saturday), a mural-and-brewery bike ride on Friday, and all-ages stages at local favorites like Pat’s BBQ, Chappell Brewing and Contento Cafe.
